We have identified a serious problem in the way Congress is structured. The system is designed to allow corruption to flow freely, without any real oversight. Senators hold their seats for decades, receiving enormous sums of money from PACs created by oligarchs, major corporations, and even foreign governments that hide their involvement behind absurd facades. These massive campaign contributions have irregular origins and must be eliminated entirely.

The system is built to serve lobbyists—not citizens. The chambers only listen to the whispers of billionaires, not the cries of the people. Campaigns are endless, yet they never bring real change.

We propose:

  • A citizen-led legislative council, rotating every 3 years, selected by lottery from registered voters.
  • Term limits for all elected officials—no more career politicians.
  • Public financing of campaigns, banning corporate donations entirely.
  • Mandatory civic assemblies in every district, where laws are debated before they reach Washington.
  • A national referendum system, allowing citizens to vote directly on major issues.

Let the frogs croak from every swamp, every city, every pueblo. Let the people write the laws. Let the Congress reflect the country—not the corporations.
